2016 Grantees Announced By Barbara McDowell Foundation

The Barbara McDowell and Gerald S. Hartman Foundation has selected the following four organizations for 2018 grants, each receiving an award of $16,667: 

• Center for Gender and Refugee Studies, UC Hastings College of Law

• Children’s Rights

• National Center for Law and Economic Justice

• Native American Rights Fund

• North Carolina Justice Center

• Texas Fair Defense Project

The grantees were selected after a rigorous review process conducted by the staff and Board of Directors of the Foundation.
