Whitney Williams, Board Member
Whitney is currently an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Antitrust and Competition practice. She helps obtain regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions domestically and internationally, advises clients on antitrust risks assessments, and represents clients in complex antitrust litigation proceedings. Ms. Williams has experience representing clients across a broad range of industries, including private equity, emerging technologies, life sciences, financial industries, natural gas and electricity, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
Ms. Williams is an active participant in Goodwin’s pro bono program advising and counseling clients alongside local and national non-profit organizations. She has handled matters related to immigration, housing rights, wrongful convictions, and international death penalty laws. While in law school, Ms. Williams participated in the Washington College of Law Civil Advocacy Clinic. She is also certified to represent individuals before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Prior to Ms. Williams career as an attorney, she worked during law school at Equal Justice Works, where she helped lead the administration of public grant funding to hundreds of lawyers and dozens of public interest law organizations across the nation with missions to fight for social justice across a spectrum of issues.
Ms. Williams is also CEO and Founder of Gabby's Korner, a company dedicated to expanding child care resources and access to parents by providing quality on-site childcare services at conferences, conventions, and other large events.
Whitney serves on the Development Committee of the Board.
